FAQ

Frequently Asked Question

Yes, absolutely. We specialize in custom glass manufacturing. You can provide us with technical drawings (CAD/3D) or physical samples. Our engineering team will evaluate the feasibility and offer a solution tailored to your design.

The MOQ depends on the production technique. For hand-blown glass, the MOQ is typically lower (e.g., 100-200 pcs). For machine-pressed or
centrifugal glass, the MOQ is usually higher due to production setups. Please contact us with your specific requirements.

For custom parts, a mold fee is charged initially to start the project. However, this fee is refundable once your cumulative order quantity
reaches a specific amount agreed upon in our contract.

Generally, sample production takes 7–12 days. Mass production typically takes 25 35 days after the deposit is received and the sample is
approved.

We implement a strict QC process. This includes raw material inspection, annealing checks (to prevent stress cracks), and a visual inspection for bubbles, scratches, or size tolerance before packing. We can also
support third-party inspections (like SGS) upon request.

Our standard term is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): a 30% deposit to start production, and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment .
